business, is not always the right course of action. One truism in the world of advertising is that different companies get different results with different campaigns. To make the most out of your advertising, you’ll need to look inward. Decide what salient points you want to get across, what method would be best in doing this, and in what areas your advertising would be best received. The answers to these questions will give you an immediate head start to creating a successful ad
campaign.

The first thing you’ll need to decide when designing an ad campaign is who your target audience is. Once this decision is made, you’ll have a better idea of what to say to them, and how to say it. While a certain percentage of people may see an irritating advertisement and make a statement like, “I will never shop there,”, a great percentage of these same people will not follow through on this vow. They can hate your advertisement, they can fail to fully “get” your advertisement. What they must not do is ignore your advertisement.

Finally, find out what the competition is doing. Do it better. If they are having success advertising on a certain channel, buy advertising during the same time slots and make your ads flashier, more direct, and more creative than theirs. Building a network for any business or endeavor is not as difficult as many believe it to be. If a business owner thinks about it, they can see they already have the start of a good network, but may not be taking advantage of the possibilities. One common thread of most marketing efforts involves the use of what is called a warm market…that is family and friends to whom most people turn to first with every new product or idea they come up with.

The real problems is that the warm market can turn cold quickly as friends and family tire of being harassed about new money-making opportunities. A cold market, where cold calls come from, has always been a tough sell, with only confident successful sale associates being able to make it work. However, many people ignore their expanded warm market, or fail to realize it even exists.

Business associates and those met during professional gatherings can all be part of a warm market, provided the hard sell is used for the cold market. By that, sales associates have to present their ideas in a manner that makes people want to be involved, but by telling them they need to be involved. The best way to accomplish this is by letting them experience the benefit before offering the opportunity of any product or service.

For example, a business selling vitamins may have a tough time selling someone else on the notion of them selling the same vitamins and making a lot of money. However, buy touting the benefits of the vitamins and convincing them to try them, if they receive the expected benefits, they will become a steady customer. Over time, this customer may ask, or they can be told, they can purchase these same vitamins at a wholesale cost if they are a distributor.

They now have a product that they believe in and know works as promised. By becoming a distributor they can buy them at a reduced cost. Even if they never recruit another person to work under them, the person who recruited them has another member in their network. Chances are good, however that this person will tell others about the vitamins, especially if they can make enough money to pay for their own selling to others.

The network has been expanded by one more person, and if they tell two people and they tell two people, it will not take long for the network to grow. While advertising on the internet or print and broadcast media may have its benefit, hearing something good about a product creates more interest and word of mouth advertising is, without a doubt, the best for of advertising for any product.

In addition to the benefits of word of mouth, the information is being given to a targeted market…people who will benefit the most from using the product. It is in a distributor’s best interest to advertise the product and not the income possibilities as once the customer understands and believes in the product, they will be asking to become a distributor.

While it may be a truism to say that most of us would like to either be independently wealthy or work four ourselves, building our own brand of business, the reality of the situation is that few of us, statistically speaking, will ever achieve that dream. This leaves us with the necessity of playing the office politics game, getting on the good side of management, and trying not to rock the boat
too much. Of course, there may come a time when you are presented with an ethical dilemma when it comes to your relationship with your boss. There may come a time when your boss asks you to do something that is slightly off the path, ethically and morally speaking. And at that time, you will have to make a choice: go with the flow and do as they say, breaking your own code of ethics in the process, or go against the grain, stand up for yourself and your beliefs, and risk losing
favor with management, or even risk losing your job.

Of course, much of the decision making power will have to do with the specific situation involved. If you boss asks you to do something clearly illegal, which could cost you much more than your job, the choice will be a lot easier than something on a smaller, subtler scale. Say for instance your boss wants you to begin a surveillance program, keeping track of everyone’s internet activity in the office. You may feel this is an invasion of privacy, even if you are not breaking any laws. Your friends and coworkers in the office would lose respect for you if they
found out about your surveillance, and it may even be a case where if you won’t do it, someone else will. This is where you will have to decide where and what you want to stand for. If you agree to the task, you might be breaking your personal code of ethics; if you deny it, you may risk losing your job or, more likely, be passed over for that next promotion.

Situations like the one described above are never easy. There are many considerations to take under advisement, and it would behoove anyone in such a situation to consult with their family and the people they trust for counsel before proceeding. In the end, of course, you must make the decision that feels right to you. If you feel, for instance, like perusing the internet activity of that
girl in accounting is a light transgression, it may be easy to decide to go with the flow in this instance. On the other hand, if you feel strongly that management has no right to invade their employees privacy in this way, it may be a situation where it is worth the penalty to stand up for your beliefs.

With many ethical considerations, there are no clear cut answers. There is only your personal set of beliefs, staged against another’s. These situations can be the most difficult to conquer, as they may come down to nothing more than personal disagreements. Neither of you may have an objective stance of right or wrong, but both of you may feel just as strongly about your opinion. In the end, it will fall to you to make the decision you can live with.

Leisure Audio Books Home Business Opportunity Review

Leisure Audio Books is working for me as I write!

I recently became a member of Leisure Audio Books, and I want to share my humble opinion with you today.

This is like nothing I have ever experienced before, I was shocked to find that is totally unique, never seen before, and I believe it to be revolutionary, and I'll explain why.

In my past experience, you join a typical program, they give you some cheesy promo tools, and they never say a word to you, they just expect you to go out and recruit as best you can on your own...

First, you must have a strong WHY.

Why must you make affiliate marketing work? What is driving you? What is it that you CAN'T have in your life anymore and/or what is it that you absolutely MUST HAVE now?

For me, I couldn't stand working 12+ hours a day anymore and missing the experience of my children growing up. That was my carrot and my stick. I felt a great pain deep in my gut of missing out on my children's lives and the incredible freedom that succeeding in this business would provide for me.
